Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription to [Songs From The Bubble] at any time by navigating to your Substack settings. You will continue to have access to paid posts until the end of your current billing cycle.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of this subscription and immediate access to archives, we do not offer refunds.

Exceptions:

  • Duplicate Charge: If you are mistakenly charged twice, a refund will be issued for the duplicate charge.

  • Technical Errors: If you cancel but are still billed, please contact us within 7 days of the charge for a refund.

    Strip, Substack's payment provider. I do not have access to your payment information.

  • Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emails received from my publication. 

  • Data Access/Deletion: You can manage or delete your subscription data through your Substack account settings.
